Description
The Egyptian Goddess Hathor, called Hathor of Gold and Mistress of Turquoise. It's in a technique (I assume) invented by Hellanim, using metallic acrylic paint as the opaque 'positive' space of the piece, making the black outlines the 'negative' space, which gives a line quality a lot like a print. So I thought I'd try it, because I *really* love that kind of line quality.
I'm not too sold on the metallic paints, still, but I think I'd like to try something similar again using the normal (non-metallic) acrylic colors, which are generally pretty opaque as well. I suppose limited palettes aren't really my thing.
