Description
The Goddess of the Boyne River in Ireland. Her name means 'She Who Has White Cows'; I've given Her cows' eyes accordingly. She is one of the Tuatha Dé Danann and the mother of Angus Óg. Like Sinann, the Goddess of the Shannon River, Boann is said to have broken a taboo of a sacred well, at which the well rose up and formed a river, drowning Her.

Cow-eyed, like Hera. Interesting.
Not that I necessarily subscribe to the idea that all the goddesses are one goddess. But maybe it points to some kind of common Indo-European motif for queenly goddesses?
