Arohirohi

Ārohirohi is the Maori Goddess of mirages, Whose name means exactly that, 'Mirage'; Her husband is the Sun.  She is said to have created the first woman, Mārikoriko, 'Twilight'.  I've made Her hair like shimmering waves of heat; the Fata Morgana, a type of mirage where objects below the horizon can be seen above it due to light rays bending through differently heated layers of air, is behind Her.
